Trampoline at Grandma and Grandpa's

These cutie patooties giggled and laughed for hours on the trampoline today.

Short break taken for dinner. Due to the drippiness of the boys, they were not allowed inside.

Idaho

We decided last minute to go to Idaho, Keegan's baby blessing is this weekend. I didn't even call my parents to let them know, we just showed up right in time for the barbecue. It was worth the drive!

With our last minute plans, missed getting the boys hair cuts, so we took care of it in Idaho. Part way through this haircut reminded me of Abe in his early teens.

Sawyer is in the stage where he hates every minute of his haircut. His haircuts ultimately reflect it as well! No one wants to deal with that!!

We also had to get some school shopping done because I knew I wouldn't have time to take care of it once we got back home. Abe sent a picture while we were shopping and of course we had to quickly send one back. Oh, the poses!

We found a pretty awesome carrot in the garden!

The pirate exhibit was really amazing. The boys are kind of pirate obsessed and it was enjoyable to go through. We may have watched the intro movie 3 times. Unfortunately there is a lot of reading that my Mom and I really wanted to do, but three boys equal a lot of energy so we had to work really hard at keeping museum appropriate movement and sounds. Thankfully there was a cool ship to take a picture by and jump off a bench over and over. We also circled around downtown Idaho Falls to get some up close looks at a train. The conductor even blew the horn for us.

Summer Fun Continued

We are so tickled that Crew got into the charter school!! I don't even mind that two weeks ago I purchased new clothing for the boys and now I have to purchase school uniforms for him to wear instead. It was an exciting day!!! I feel like the Lord has listened to our prayers and brought us a wonderful blessing. There were 22 children on the waiting list, and his name was drawn.

Hand holding just became an issue; at least in my head I was freaking out. We had our friends along with us and Crew made sure to open her door, lift heavy things, and hold her hand everywhere we go. Later when we were home by ourselves I said to Crew, "I don't know how I feel about you holding hands with your friend the whole day." He said, "Okay. I am not going to hold her hand anymore. We will just do it with our family." Works for me.

These to cuties were snuggled up sleeping and then woke up at the same time when I wanted to snap a picture. Love them!

More library fun!! It was Celtic music and the man that played had some amazing skills! This was one of the least attended, but in my opinion most fun, events. The kids were all dancing, skipping, and hopping around.

Another summer day in the hammock taking an apple snack.

Sand Mountain

This is such a happy place for our family! Today we joined several other families and had a spontaneous evening hang out. Christiansens are moving and this could be our last time that we ever see them since they are moving to Arizona. Sones surprised us two days ago and showed up so Owen was there to play with the boys as well.
The boys and I walked all the way up to the top making this the first official time that I have not had to carry a child up and we didn't cheat and catch a ride up with Abe. The boys rocked it and we had a lot of fun. I always have an internal struggle on whether or not I should bring my big camera to Sand Mountain. The easiness and lightness of my phone won out, however I always regret not having my camera at the top. Oh well. Maybe next time.

(The next morning . . . he crawled into bed with us after getting up to go potty and quickly fell back to sleep.)
