I finally got around to getting Crew's hair cut and it made him look so handsome! And, like always, made him look more grown up. I seriously feel like I just had Crew and now I have a little boy that is growing up too fast. We have full length conversations about many things, he knows what he wants, he's very particular about certain things, he is exploring a wider variety of food, has a hilarious personality, is very obedient, and it a great older brother.
I asked him if I could get a few pictures before church because he looked so handsome. He gave me the run around trying to get a picture of him smiling. He was being a goof ball!
He loves to sing, dance, yell, and play hard. Crew is becoming much more "boy" in his play. More rough, rowdy, and loud. (Sawyer is catching on quick!) So I cherish the moments we get to sit quietly and play while Sawyer is napping. We usually play with his train set, do a new activity, or play a matching game. During all of this we get to have quality conversations. I hope to build a trusting and loving foundation in our communication. He too seems to enjoy this one on one time because he will ask me if we can do certain things during Sawyer's naps. My house isn't as clean and sometimes dinner is a little late, but I know my time spent with Crew is the most important.
