In advance I had booked a day of rafting for us! We got to ride in a crazy van to the snake river in Jackson Wyoming and do a scenic float. Our float guide, Matt, provided comic relief and entertainment. Abe enjoyed bantering with him and we got to know some of the other people on our raft.
We saw a lot of bald eagles and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. I really thought it was neat to hear the rocks tumbling underneath the water in places where the currents was swifts and the water was low.
I think Abe enjoyed seeing Harrison Ford's land that came up to the river. I think several stories were made up; many of which included Indian Jones theme music and the sound of a cracking whip.
