My Workin' Boys

I came out to check on the boys and I had to quickly go grab my camera. Crew was less than thrilled initially, but soon realized I was only out there to capture him and Sawyer in their element!

Abe "the boys" (how we refer to the hired help) have been hard at work cleaning up a lot of the farm land. The have just started on the home place. I am excited to see what gets done! Since they are in our yard, my boys get to go out and help with everything as well. I love it!!

Someday Crew will make a great boss and coordinator. He is very organized and knows what is safe. Sawyer will be very good at getting dirty. He likes to get all the way into his work! He will also be great comic relief!

Before Church Selfie

I wanted a cute picture with my boys as we were heading out the door to church. Between my crazy boys and trying to make sure everyone was looking and smiling; they captured the moment!  Ha! Love my boys!

Drive Home

The drive home was not as quick, and Abe felt ill. It didn't hit him too hard until about half way. I took over driving after that. We had snow, rain, and mostly overcast the whole way. But we were high enough on one summit that we were above the storm clouds. I said this aloud and Crew became confused as to how the clouds could be below us. It was a good weather and altitude lesson.

Abe became full on sick when we pulled into Fallon. Lets just say I had to spray off the side of the car and went and got a car wash the next day!

The Pukes

Crew woke up, woke up Sawyer, and came to snuggle in bed. Abe evacuated to their bed and left me with the boys. Crew complained that his stomach hurt, and I thought it was due to hunger. But a few moments later when he let out a funny belch, I moved hastily and scrambled with him to the bathroom. Sure enough. It hit him! He continued to suffer through the pukes at about 30 minute intervals. The poor kid!! The good thing that has come with age is that he understands something is wrong with his body. When he would start to feel unwell he would get agitated and we knew it was time to head to the bathroom. He would then pace back and forth in the bathroom until his time came. Through tears he would throw up until he finally was done. Each time he would declare suddenly that he was done and felt better. We insisted that he take it easy and forced him to watch shows all day. He begged to play with cousins but we didn't let him.

Later in the afternoon my Mom and I went to town to spend a little bit of time together. Abe stayed home with our boys. It was fun getting out with my Mom to run some errands and do a little shopping!
