Oregon Adventure: Day 2 at Winchester Bay

While Sawyer and Abe continued to sleep, Crew, Grandma, and I went out for a bike ride. It was a lot of fun, and gorgeous. Crew did amazing as well. Grandpa had already been up and combing the beach. We crossed each others paths at the end.

The boys played with Grandma in the sand at camp while we waited for the Simons family to show up and Abe and my Dad were out riding.

We made our lunch and headed to the beach. It was a really nice day, minus the wind! If it was a little less windy it would have been perfect.

(I didn't have my camera with me at the beach, but I snapped a few moments on my phone. I am waiting on Camille for the rest of the pictures!)

The tide was going out and we had the perfect spot of beach. The sand was slightly lower here and it created a warmer flow of water as it drained from the sand. The boys loved running in it!

Crew and Truman were buried in the sand. Sawyer didn't want to be buried but he did want to be in the thick of things!

In the evening when it was a little less busy, Abe took Crew out for a little ride. Grandpa kindly followed as the slowly meandered around. Crew was in heaven!

Sawyer tagged along with me as I snapped some pictures. He was being a goof!

Abe made sure to give Crew instruction on how to get through soft sand, where to drive, and how to use caution when others were around. Here he is asking Crew if he is done or wants to ride a little longer. Ride!
