Crew has been talking about his party since Sawyer's party. I was so tempted to switch his party to outside since we have been having mid 70's temperatures around her. It's a good thing I didn't because it was cold, windy, and overcast today. I took notes from Sawyer's party, and made an effort to limit the amount of sweet items offered. I think it was better balanced!!
Now that Abe is learning how to function with crutches and a cast, he can't do much yet. So the boys came with me to set up and get ready. They had their matching game to play with anyone that was early, before we were ready to start the party.
Everyone received a bandanna, face mask, and after the food, a balloon sword. Crew's party was less structured an consisted of only one official game; "Dress the Pirate." Which was basically like pin the tail on the donkey.
There was a lot of noise, great gifts, and the ship barely made it through the party. It was a hit and Crew was happy, which made it all worth it.
