We continued to be blessed with snow throughout the month and loved seeing white when we looked out the window! One day the boys went over to Grandma and Grandpa's to help build a snowman because there was enough on the ground!
Sawyer is my little workout buddy in the morning. Although, he normally is snuggled up in a blanket and his jammies watching me breath heavily and sweat to death. That's enough entertainment to keep him still!
During February Crew received a lot of "friendship letters." One of the most hilarious letters was actually a book and it depicted a girl giving Crew a hug on one page and the Crew giving the girl a hug on the next. When we got to that page Crew said laughingly, "I don't know why she is pushing me down in this picture and then I am pushing her down. She is so silly!" I love this boys perspective!!
More snow! We built Olaf!!
Sawyer and I had to get some shopping done before my parents came to visit. We stopped at Costa Vida and I enjoyed my cute dates face! He slipped and fell into the corner of our car door and gouged his head open the day before. When Crew and Sawyer were together every stranger that spoke to us asked if his brother had been the one to hurt Sawyer. It was kind of an interesting phenomenon.
My parents came and we enjoyed slightly warm weather, but not what we had been enjoying. It was nice enough one day to go on an atv adventure with Grandpa.
Mandatory bruder play
Abe bought a shipping container for his most recent business adventure. He thought his truck looked cool and wanted me to make sure I got a picture of his set up before unloading the container.
Blue skies and walks to the hay barn, climbing tree, and rattle snake hill have been frequent on our list.
This chapter book was so cute! I really enjoyed reading it and the boys loved it. It was initially shocking when the Grandma smacks the girl in the beginning and I wished I would have not been reading so fast that I could have edited it out. However, we had a really good conversation about how adults should treat children.
My sunglasses bit the dust after four and a half years. Sawyer and I went shopping together. He loved shopping and checking out the glasses. He was very careful and obedient and didn't touch any glasses that he was not told he could. He really liked the red pair on the right, but I went with a more neutral look.
They boys had their teeth cleaned and did spectacular. Crew went back a week later to repair a chipped sealant, but no cavities!
They took selfies of their pearly whites to send to Abe.
Another climbing tree adventure. Sawyer tried to blow some snot out but did't have enough force. It went down his face! I climbed up the tree to clear out some branches so help encourage the boys to climb higher. It was somewhat successful.
